If you have a computer that has more than one user, for example a family computer at home, it is possible to configure different access for different users on a PC.
There are five levels of permissions that you can give a user - write, read, read and execute, modify, and full control.
In order to change the permissions of files and folders you need to right click the folder and select properties, and then select the security tab.

You then need to click on the Edit button and you will get the list of users pop up again, with tick boxes. From here you can tick/untick boxes of permissions that you do/don't want the user to have.

Simples!
