The ALS/MND Ice Bucket Challenge!

Ok guys, so I did the Ice Bucket Challenge last night! Obviously I've nominated my three victims, however, I'm also nominating anyone that reads this! You don't have to do the ice bucket thing, but please, please, please text ICED55 £5 to 70070 to donate £5 to the Motor Neurone Disease Association! Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a  disease that progressively attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord. This means messages gradually stop reaching muscles, which leads to weakness and wasting. It affects the way you walk, talk, eat, drink and breathe. Stephen Hawking is a famous sufferer of MND.
